Penarth is set to come alive this September with the return of the much-anticipated “To The Sea / I’r Môr” festival. From September 6th to 15th, this vibrant event will transform the town into a hub of breath-taking performances, quirky comedy, and curious creations.

A Four-Day Extravaganza

This year, the festival is expanding to four days, offering an even more exciting line-up of events. Attendees can look forward to a diverse range of performances that will weave through the streets, parks, and seafront of Penarth. Grand Finale at Cosmeston Medieval Village
